(PLHI) officially broke ground last July 24, 2026 on Grace Park Terraces, a landmark mixed-use development that will soon be home to ibis Manila Caloocan, marking a significant milestone in the company's commitment to transforming urban communities and expanding internationally branded hospitality offerings in Northern Metro Manila.

The ceremony began with a Holy Mass and project blessing, followed by the ceremonial groundbreaking and messages from distinguished guests, including Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo "Along" Malapitan, Caloocan 1st District Rep. Oscar Malapitan, executives from Accor, and the leadership team of Primeworld Land Holdings Inc.
