  • What is Total Contract Price (TCP)? Does it include all other charges?

The Total Contract Price is the total amount due for the purchase of your residential unity. It includes bank charges, title transfer fees, move-in fees, water and electricity connection fees.

The amount excludes the Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) and Fire Insurance (FI), which are paid directly to the bank.

  • What is MRI?

The MRI or Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) protects the loan of the borrower in case of premature death. This ensures that the balance of your loan will be fully paid by the insurance company to the bank or financing institution that granted the mortgage and that your unit will be fully paid so that your family will not have to worry about paying your amortization.

  • What is Fire Insurance (FI)? Why do I need to pay it?

Fire Insurance is the coverage against loss by fire. This ensures that the cost of your house is covered in case of fire damage.

  • How do I pay for the monthly fees?

You will be required to issue Post-Dated Checks (PDCs) to cover your monthly fees for the equity period.

  • In what condition will my unit be turned over to me?

Depending on the development, some units are turned over in bare condition and some are turned over fully-fitted. Our accredited Property Specialists will walk you through the inclusions of your investment prior to contract-signing.
