Primeworld District Wins Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Cebu at the PropertyGuru 10th Philippines Property Awards

The country's premiere property awards season has officially ended with PropertyGuru's 10th Philippines Real Estate Awards held on 7 October 2022 at Fairmont Hotel, Makati City, Philippines.

After a tedious deliberation process, which included a site inspection by PropertyGuru's independent panel of judges, Primeworld District was officially announced as the Best Affordable Condo Development in Metro Cebu by the esteemed multinational awards-giving body. Our flagship project in Mactan Island was also highly commended for Best Condo Landscape Architecture Design for the year.

To celebrate the momentous occasion, the gala was attended by executives and senior corporate staff from Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Hamm-Asia Global Builders Corporation, and Resourceworld Management Corporation. Gracing the event for Primeworld Land were Johnny Uy (Chairman), Sherwin Uy (CEO), Almira Uy (Strategy Manager), Mary Jane Aguisanda (Accounting Manager), and Leonard Cabusas (Senior Accountant). Flying in from Cebu to represent Hamm-Asia Global Builders Corporation, Ar. Alex Tan (CEO) and Ar. Fritz Correa (Sr. Architect), while Primeworld Land Vis-Min was represented by Nelba Pangilinan (Execom Member), Wilhelmina Bahala (Head of Documentation), and Madelyn Canlas (Accounting and Finance Manager).
