PLHI Launches Primeworld Enclave in San Rafael, Bulaca
Primeworld Land Holdings, Inc. (PLHI) launches its 11-hectare economic housing development, Primeworld Enclave in San Rafael, Bulacan.
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) has recently awarded the License to Sell for the first of three phases of Primeworld Enclave, which is targeted for completion on or before April 2024.
The first phase spans 3 hectares, comprising 346 townhouse units and amenity areas. Each Eliana townhouse unit has 2 floors and 2 bedrooms, with a total floor area of 46 sq. m. on a 40.5 sq. m. lot area.
